This Privacy Policy explains how Be Bad Co. LLC ("Be Bad Co.," "TrapMove," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit trapmove.com, buy the TrapMove board game, contact us, participate in our community, or ask to follow TrapMove or express interest in becoming a TrapMove OG.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, you may provide:

• Your name, email address, and the content of messages, questions, feedback, or event inquiries.
• Follow or TrapMove OG interest information that you choose to submit.
• Order information such as products, quantities, billing and shipping details, phone number, and order notes.
• Other information you voluntarily include in communications with us.

Submitting Follow or OG interest does not by itself create an account, reserve a permanent player name, award an OG identity or badge, establish character ownership, or provide digital-game access.

Orders and payments

TrapMove uses WooCommerce to operate the online store. Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment option displayed at checkout. TrapMove does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy terms. We receive transaction details needed to process, fulfill, support, and keep records of an order.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, our website, hosting, security, and commerce systems may automatically receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cart and checkout activity, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as keeping the site working, remembering cart contents, supporting checkout sessions, and protecting the site. Embedded services may set their own cookies or collect information when you choose to use them. When you interact with an embedded video, external link, payment form, or other third-party service, that provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. TrapMove does not control those third-party practices.

TrapMove has historical school and event content and may be viewed or used by younger people. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information to us, contact eric@bebadco.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
