These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of trapmove.com and purchases or interactions offered through the site. The site and TrapMove brand are operated by Be Bad Co. LLC ("Be Bad Co.," "TrapMove," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using the website

You may use the site for lawful personal or business interactions with TrapMove. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or checkout, scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, impersonate another person, infringe others' rights, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Ownership and intellectual property

TrapMove and Be Bad Co. LLC own or license the TrapMove name and branding, game concepts and materials, rules presentation, website text and design, graphics, photos, video, media, and software or other content made available through the site. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create commercial works from this content without permission, except where the law expressly allows.

Product information and availability

We try to present product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Colors, packaging, and appearance may vary by device or production run. Products and offers may change or become unavailable. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, cancel the affected order, and issue an appropriate refund.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the WooCommerce store. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or pricing or product errors. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment method displayed at checkout and are also subject to that provider's terms.

Shipping and fulfillment

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Any delivery timing is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery can be affected by carriers, address accuracy, weather, and events outside our control. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and for contacting us promptly about an order problem.

Returns, damaged items, and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you believe a refund is appropriate, contact eric@bebadco.com with your order details. We will review the request reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. Unless a separate return policy is posted, please contact us before returning a product. Eligibility, return instructions, shipping responsibility, and any refund will be addressed based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Follow, OG, and future features

Follow and "Become a TrapMove OG" forms currently record interest and allow us to respond or share requested updates. They do not by themselves create an account, reserve a permanent name, award an OG identity or badge, establish character ownership, guarantee beta access, or provide digital-game access. If account, player-identity, badge, character, or other digital features launch later, additional terms may apply and will supplement these Terms.

Communications and submissions

You are responsible for the information, feedback, ideas, messages, and other material you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. You keep any ownership you have in your submission, but you give Be Bad Co. LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, and adapt it as reasonably needed to respond to you, operate and improve TrapMove, and develop products or services. This permission does not require us to use your submission or keep it confidential unless we separately agree in writing.

Third-party services, links, and media

The site may use or link to services we do not control, including WooCommerce, Stripe, Zoho Mail, YouTube/Google, Instagram, and Facebook. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Links and embedded media are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse everything available through those services.

Disclaimer

We work to keep TrapMove's site and information useful, but the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Game and entertainment content is for recreational use. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Be Bad Co. LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or products. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim involving a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, and they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections or legal rights available to you remain unaffected. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other. No particular state or court is selected by these baseline Terms.

Changes and site availability

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site or its offerings. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
